The photographic association "Fotosfrënn Käerjeng" was created in March 2017 during a Constituent Assembly in Käerjeng/Luxembourg in the presence of Mayor and former Minister, Michel Wolter. The founding members come from other national and international photographic groups from Luxembourg and abroad.

"Fotosfrënn Käerjeng" counts two members that are part of the board of directors of the Luxembourg Federation of Artistic Photography (FLPA), two members of the European Photography Group (GEPHO), one member of the board of directors of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) and, most important, many members eager to learn how to take good photos, participate in competitions and show their work at exhibitions. Currently "Fotosfrënn Käerjeng" have 40 members.
